One tree. Every day. For one year. This is an homage. This is a celebration. This is a hope
for raising awareness, and reverence. Symbiotic: to our very roots, and our branches ~
A beautiful photo, and one that I seem to recall from MySpace? Either way, it is sweet and timeless and will be one of many frames that time will wrap within a beautiful light of deeper and deeper appreciation.
ZD, sorry about your "angels". Number 3 up there might think it, but he wouldn't do it. (I hope!)
Rick, yes this photo has been around awhile. When I posted it here, I wanted to say something about roots, seeds and branches but was just too exhausted. It's one of my favorite shots of my children. We have it on the fridge, which is what prompted me to share it here.
I just love seeing kids exploring nature!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Tara!
ReplyDeleteThough with the "angels" I have at the moment, one of them would have been in the water minutes after this, probably pushed! :)
Oh, those childhood days. Why doesn' time stop right there.
ReplyDeleteThe quotes that you post are so heart warming.
